Privacy Policy

Jujukraft ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform and services (the "Service"), including how we access, use, store, and protect Google user data when you sign in with Google.

1. Information We Collect

  • Personal Information: When you sign up or use our Service, we may collect your name, email address, and other information you provide.

  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Service, such as access times, device information, and pages viewed.

  • Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience and analyze usage.

2. Google User Data (OAuth / Sign-in with Google)

When you choose to sign in with Google, we use Google Identity Services to authenticate you. This section describes our practices regarding Google user data in compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and Google APIs Terms of Service.

2.1 Data Accessed

Our application accesses the following Google user data when you sign in with Google:

  • Email address – Used to create and identify your Jujukraft account and to communicate with you.

  • Name – Your display name (e.g., full name) from your Google account, used to personalize your experience and for account display.

  • Profile picture – Your Google profile photo, used to display your identity within the Service (e.g., in the app interface) when you are signed in.

We request only the minimum Google user data necessary to provide account creation and authentication. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, or any other Google service data.

2.2 Data Usage

We use the Google user data we access solely to:

  • Create and manage your Jujukraft account and authenticate your sign-in.

  • Display your name and profile picture within the Service for identification and personalization.

  • Send you service-related communications (e.g., welcome email) to the email address provided by Google.

  • Operate, secure, and improve the Service.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to your use of Jujukraft.

2.3 Data Sharing

We do not sell Google user data or your personal information.

  • Third parties: We do not share Google user data with third parties for their marketing or advertising. We may share your account information (including data derived from Google sign-in, such as email and name) with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Service (e.g., hosting, email delivery, analytics), under strict confidentiality and data-processing agreements, and only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

  • Legal and safety: We may disclose information, including Google user data, if required by law, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

2.4 Data Storage & Protection

  • Storage: Google user data we receive (email, name, profile picture URL) is stored on our secure servers and, where applicable, with our trusted infrastructure providers. We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

  • Protection: We use encryption in transit (e.g., HTTPS/TLS) and at rest where applicable, access controls, and secure authentication. We limit access to personal data to authorized personnel and systems that need it to operate the Service.

  • No raw tokens: We do not store your Google sign-in credentials or raw OAuth tokens beyond what is needed for the sign-in session. Authentication is handled via secure, short-lived tokens.

2.5 Data Retention & Deletion

  • Retention: We retain your account data (including the email, name, and profile information obtained from Google) for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service and to comply with legal obligations.

  • Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal information, including data we received from Google, at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data:

    • Email us at support@jujukraft.com with the subject line "Account deletion request" and the email address associated with your account, or

    • Use any in-app account or data deletion option we provide.

We will process deletion requests in accordance with our internal policies and applicable law. After deletion, we will remove or anonymize your data from our systems, except where we must retain it for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information (General)

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service

  • To communicate with you, including sending updates and support messages

  • To improve and personalize the Service

  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Sharing Your Information (General)

  • We do not sell your personal information.

  • We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service, subject to confidentiality agreements.

  • We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

5. Data Security

  • We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

  • However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

  • You may access, update, or delete your personal information (including data obtained via Google sign-in) by contacting us at support@jujukraft.com.

  • You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

  • The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

  • We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
